Stuart Brand prophetically stated, that, “Most new products are experiments, and most experiments fail.” This also applies to new procedures when disciplines are connected, like even the usually benign interaction between the HVAC systems and building sound attenuation design. One such area is a trending failure in new multifamily construction widespread mold growth underneath bathroom and kitchen cabinets during the final stages of construction.
